We are established property consultants and a family based business who care about helping you to relocate to Spain. There is no conflict of interest. We are here "on the spot" we can "pick the best" properties to suit every budget throughout this area of the Costa Blanca. Our introductory fees are paid by the Estate Agent or owner of the property.

We have a great deal of knowledge and expertise in the area and we have a large network of multi-lingual estate agents and builders who have proved to us over the years to be reputable and trustworthy. This will save you endless hours of searching as we know quite often your time is limited. We are also prepared to provide you with references of happy clients.

We will also help you to familiarise yourselves with the area. We want our clients to feel comfortable and happy with buying a property in Spain, so you will not be subjected to any pressure selling or tactics of "Wine Dine Sign on the Line". Many of our enquiries are as a result of recommendations speaks volumes. Maybe you may need to make more than one visit to know which area is right for you.
